Cancel tickets with insurance

If you bought cancellation insurance with your ticket, you can apply for compensation. The insurance applies to things like illness or an accident that stops you or someone in your party from attending the event. To handle your case we need documentation supporting the reason, such as a doctor’s certificate or a police report. Please note that the application must be made before the event starts, otherwise it will not be approved.
