General terms for purchase

1. Parties / definitions

- Organizer who sells tickets and vouchers via Nortics ticket system, hereinafter 'Supplier'

- Ticket buyer, who booked or bought tickets via Nortics ticket system, hereinafter 'Customer'

- Nortics ticket system, hereinafter 'System'

- Nortic AB, hereinafter 'System supplier'

2. General

The following conditions apply between the organizer, 'Supplier' and the ticket buyer, 'Customer', when purchasing and booking event tickets provided by 'Supplier', using Nortics, 'System supplier', ticket system, 'System'.

3. Ticket purchase and booking

Ticket purchases are binding and cannot be canceled or changed. Funds paid by the Customer are received by the System supplier in a client funds account, which is then forwarded to an account designated by the Supplier. Lost tickets or vouchers are not replaced. The Distance Contracts Act's rules on rights of withdrawal do not apply when purchasing event tickets or vouchers.

4. Ticket or voucher

Tickets or vouchers have been provided with a security function by the System and allow only one-time entry or use. The Customer is responsible for storing, both electronic and physical, tickets or vouchers in a secure manner to prevent duplication, other multiplication or otherwise contribute to unauthorized access to events or use of value.

5. Personal use

5.1 Tickets are purchased for personal use. Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or offered at a higher price than the original purchase price (including any fees). Tickets may not be used in competitions, marketing campaigns or in combination with other products/services without written approval from the Supplier.

5.2 The System supplier may, on behalf of the Supplier, cancel bookings or purchases made by the Customer, and immediately suspend the Customer from the System, if the Customer acts fraudulently, does not provide correct information and/or violates or attempts to circumvent the conditions that apply to the purchase. This includes, for example, purchasing more units than allowed, using automated services (bots), invalid resale or other misuse.

6. Personal data and consent

6.1 Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR, EU 2016/679). The Supplier (Organizer) is responsible for the processing of the Customer's personal data when purchasing and booking tickets. The System supplier (Nortic AB) acts in this respect as a data processor and processes the data on behalf of the Supplier to administer the purchase, deliver the ticket and provide customer service and necessary information about the event.

6.2 If the Customer has given consent in connection with the purchase, the personal data may also be used by the Supplier for marketing, newsletters and targeted offers. The Customer has the right to withdraw any given consent at any time by contacting the Supplier or clicking on the unsubscribe link in the mailing.

6.3 The Customer has the right to request information about which personal data is being processed (register extract), and have incorrect data rectified, deleted or restricted in accordance with GDPR. To exercise their rights, the Customer can contact the System supplier or the Supplier via nortic.se/helpcenter

7. Canceled event

The Customer is responsible for checking that the event is not canceled or relocated. In case of a canceled event, the Customer should immediately contact the responsible Supplier, who is responsible for redeeming tickets. In the event of a canceled event, insurance, service, delivery and distribution fees will not be refunded.

8. Force majeure

For cases where the event cannot be held due to obstacles beyond the organizer/supplier/venue's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen when the agreement was entered into and whose consequences could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome, the organizer/supplier/venue

is free from liability for damages and other consequences. The same applies if an event is canceled due to someone engaged by the Supplier or others earlier in the chain.

9. Liability

The Supplier organizes an event and sells tickets and vouchers through the System to the Customer. The System supplier cannot be held responsible for damages caused by operational disturbance, delay, interruption or other circumstances that make it difficult or impossible to use the System. The System supplier cannot be held responsible for the execution, quality, content or other defects of the event such as canceled event, bankruptcy, crime or other circumstances.

9.1 Thus, the System supplier never compensates the Customer regarding physical, psychological or economic damage caused by the Supplier. All questions about compensation or claims due to the event and its execution or deficiencies should therefore be directed solely to the Supplier.

Agreement with these conditions is deemed to have been established and accepted by the Customer when the booking or purchase is completed.
