Daniel Serra, culinary archaeologist, will guide you through medieval tastes, dishes and archaeological finds in his search for a medieval food culture. Daniel has studied recipes, tests and archaeological finds in order to recreate medieval culinary experiences and thoughts from everyday to feasting.
