Introduction

Our privacy policy informs you what Nortic AB collects and uses in terms of data.

Nortic ABs app  for scanning tickets at the event is called “Nortic Admit” and is used by our customers ( organizers) and is not available to the enduser/consumer.

Information we collect and receive in “Nortic Admit”.

Client Data

“Nortic Admit” is an app that let Nortics customer scan tickets. It is not possible to create accounts or users in the app, the app acts as a client for already users in the Nortic websystem only.

Other information

Nortic may collect and receive the following information:

• Tickets scanned. Tickets scanned in “Nortic Admit” are send to our other systems for processing.
• Login-data. When logging in , email and password are send via encrypted https to our systems
• Order-data Name,ticketnr,ordernr, number of tickets,eventdetails is available in the app and sent from our servers to the app

Sharing and Disclosure

The data mentioned above is not shared with third parties.

Changes

If our policy changes in the future this document will be updated and our customers will be informed in our channels
