How do I activate my event?

When logged in as admin you can see your events in "Mina evenemang". You can then change your status of the event by clicking the dropdown to the right and change to "aktivt".

When logged in as admin you can see your events in "Mina evenemang". Hover the mouse over your event and click "bokningssida" in the menu that appears.

How do I change visability on a show?

Go to the event and click "ändra" and then in the list of shows you click "ändra". In the tab "inställningar" you can change where your show will be visible.

How do I change visability on a category?

Go to the event and click "ändra", in the tab "prissättning" you click on the tool right over the price to come to the settingsmenu for that category.

How do I make changes to an arena?

You go to "egen kassa" from your admin. Select the show you want to edit arena for. To the right of "användare" in the menu you find a settingsicon. When you click the icon a toogle-switch occurs that sets the arena in edit mode.

Where can I find receipts for incoming payments?

When logged in to admin, click "ekonomi" in the menu and the "transaktioner" to find all the transactions. You then click the icon right next to the transaction you yould like the receipts for.
